@Quyntarious The Incredibles has a lot of fantastic lead trumpet playing but no real solos.

Loads of fun. I agree on "The Incredibles". Also, not so great a film, or a song (not even close to the Ellington), but the "Theme to LA's Team" entrance from "The Fish that Saved Pittsburgh" featuring Doc Severinsen was a gas (go to the end if you can't stomach the disco). Also, who hit those double octaves on the opening to Bob Balaban's very sick ca. 1988 flick "Parents"?

@staxjohnson The tune over the opening credits of Parents is Cherry Pink and Apple Blossom White, a Perez Prado recording from the 50's. The Fish that Saved Pittsburgh was something I never heard of, so I just checked it out (someone else has already posted it on youtube). Doc sounds amazing in it, really great.
