First time doing a leg lift workout video. More to come soon. My goal for leg lifts will be 50. I was definitely tired after these 10. Lower abs need major work right now for strength. Hopefully to increase my muscle ups. Comment, rate, SUBSCRIBE. Thanks for viewing!

  • Check out "gonzomaz1" videos and try to beat his leg lift hold and 125 bench crunches. Push it to the limit like he does for max results.

  • Those are good. I do leg raises with my legs till they touch the bar.

  • Yes they certainly are painful and drain the power out of your core. At the same time, they are one of the best ways to strenghten the abs. I do them like twice a week. At first couldn't touch elbows with knees. Now I can touch bar with soles of feet in a slow controlled motion. Good luck.
