Actually it was due to glass windows behind us causing reverb. We learned the hardway. Regardless thanks for the view and support.

The mounting system needed to be more robust for the advanced type of cooling configurations needed to dissipate the heat produced under load. Additionally the IHS for the CPU as well as the CPU die itself is larger requiring a larger socket. As for the cooling this was due to most enthusiast use their own cooling so the decision was made to not include it. Thanks for the view and support.

All in all though i think 2011 cooler install is very easy with just 4 screws.

  • Pls. make a Rampage IV Extreme Black Edition!

  • Also can you guys please explain WHY is the mounting system for 2011 so different and why they didn't release any heat sink with the processor?
