the wrong carbs which carbs are the wrong ones? The only carbohydrate molecules that humans can absorb are glucose, fructose and galactose. Which ones are the wrong ones?

Maybe starch works for you. Not everyone has the same genetics. For me and a lot of other people the complete opposite is true. When I eat starch, I get full for half an hour at most and then become distracted looking for something more. I eat the same amount of calories in fat and protein and I go 5 hours without even thinking about food and can do my job. Oh and lose weight too.

I have no problem with fibre as long as it comes from vegetables and not grains.

I'll tell you. Good carbs are starches and fiber , that make you full avoiding the risk of overeating. If you eat potatoes, fruits, rice, pasta or even wholemeal bread without added fat (oil/butter either by cooking or frying) there's no way you can eat enough of those to get fat.

If you really want to get a six pack, you might want to take a look on Google for "Oak Muscle Method". You are surely going to achieve the muscles you deserve.

we are talking about as a percentage of calories. Non root vegetables have very few calories. Root vegetables are almost all carbohydrate. I eat way more vegetables than anyone i know but i dont eat potatoes, carrots, parsnips, yams, cassava or most fruits. What is the nutrition content of a potato? Bit of vitamin C? Eat some red peppers instead.
