If you watch this video and dig it, plz watch to the end. It has a very important message.

NOTE: When breathing this way merge your inhale and exhale. What I mean by this is make your inhale and exhale together all one flowing breath.

NOTE 2: Pull in on the exhale like you are breathing all of the life force energy around you.

NOTE 3: sit up straight with good posture. Align the back of your neck with your spine and relax the shoulders.

When you are working on this throughout the day and you naturally begin to breath this way you will see that your breathing has calmed and slowed down more. My average breaths are about 5-7 seconds. About 90-95% of peoples' breaths average 2-3 seconds.

I guarantee you will start feeling better about everything within 2 months. (In the video it sounds like I said ten.) 2 months is all it took for me to notice significant changes.

BENEFITS: Enhances awareness, intuition, focus, promotes long life, repairs damaged dna (over time), improves immune system significantly, and relieves all stress.

  • Thanks for the video. I am also trying to work on yogic breathing. This is well put in the Flower of Life workshops by Drunvalo Melchizedek. He trained Bob Frissell by the way. It also relates to the Merkaba and appears to be very very important...
