linguine con il burro??? o in generale pesce e burro???? è un abbinamento che NESSUNO E RIPETO NESSUN CUOCO FAREBBE MAI!!!!!! se vuoi le tue linguine ben insaporite con il gusto profondo delle vongole, scolale al dente e falle cucinare nel sugo delle vongole....ma ti prego...FAI SPARIRE IL BURRO DA QUEL PIATTO!!!!

Really??? Blanching Pasta??? Come on the time that takes to make the sauce is the time dry paste should be cooked, that's a bad idea pre-cooking pasta, it smells when you store it.

It does save time but its not as good. It's noticeable. Batali doesn't blanch his pasta and his restaurants are full all the time.
