Actually a weeaboo is a person who is usually american and only knows how to speak a few words in japanese. After they know that they think they know everything about anime/mangas. People who are obsessed are different : P.

Desu isnt a word that should be used in cute. Its incorrect in Japanese. Desu is used to affirm something like. Watashi namae Tina DESU. no im so kawaii desu! itll make you sound rude if you said it to a Japanese person.
