John seems to be obsessed with Hotels. What's THAT all about? He went on and on at an in-store in Indianapolis recently about his hotel room the previous night.

so he came to st. louis university a few days ago, and for the encore he led everyone outside (50 people or so) and played 3 songs outside, including this one.  it was quite amazing.

Saw John last night opening for Stephen Malkmus and he was absolutely AMAZING. This song was especially beautiful. I'm definitely getting all of his recordings and seeing him again.
