Zathura Opening With New Music

This sample features the opening scene to the full feature film, "Zathura", scored by me.  The first half of the video is the opening scene with my music, while the second half of the video is the same opening scene with the original music (by John Debney), so you can compare mine to the original.  I chose to re-score this movie because after watching it, you find out that Zathura is a black hole, and the movie as a whole is very mysterious and dark.  The original music to the opening scene sounded too much like it belonged to a superhero movie like "Superman", so I took a different musical approach that I believe fits the story line better.
