Speaker Mary Gordon, Founder/President of ROOTS OF EMPATHY, discussing how empathy is the ability to identify with another person's feelings. She offers a life-long career, evidence-based programs among school children, while raising social/emotional competence and increasing empathy. Her mission has been to raise socal/emotional competence and build caring, peaceful and civil socieites, thorugh the development of empathy in children and adults - one child at a time.
