  • what type of high voltage power supply did you use???

  • There is no highvoltage supply, im using mains voltage for inverter (rectified 230VAC). For me, >1kV is highvoltage.

  • Awesome!! I have a novice question. How much power does it take to run? Is it possible to determine the power usage over a period of time? Like 1Kw per hour?

    Thanks in advance.....jster

  • At full power, input is about 4kW. Power usage depends on time, lets say we are doing some heating work at 2kW and duty cycle is about 10% (every 10minutes, 1minute is used for heating). So power usage is approx. 0,2kWh. You got the idea now?

  • frequency?

  • Around 50-70kHz.

  • I love the coil setup you have, seems to work great AND with no IGBT's, that's amazing. I am wanting to put one together to melt aluminum / brass / copper for very small castings. Would you be willing to share your schematic or block diagram? If I get it going I'll link the video to yours if you like. Thanks, obixmt

  • Second that!!

  • how well does useing current feedback work compared to useing an oscillator? or some other setup.

  • kovan näkönen peli :D

  • can give link of driver electronics ???

  • Excellent!!! Thank you very much....jster
