At Brick Lane market in London there is a shop which sells fur.

Every weekend protestors stand outside the shop with loudhailers to make the public aware that they are entering a shop that sells fur. (it doesnt mention this on the board outside)

The shop's main trading day is Sunday - so why don't they just bite the bullet and stop selling it.

This weekend (Oct 25th 09) the protestors set up a more elaborate protest - with an excessive amount of police present.

  • If i were there I would take a bunch of signs and charge into the store screaming about what they do to animals of fur farms.

  • fur is beautiful… people are so not educated…….!!! they eat meat….wear leather.. wear snakeskin….wear feathers but…seem to not care about that…?????? Fur will always be around no matter how hard people try to stop it….

  • @JonWhite17 I love my leather. lol

  • @yerbafran Actually, fake leather, fake leapord skin, fake fur, etc are used in campaigns to promote a cruelty-free alternative, that manier people now choose to wear instead of the real stuff that has come from tortured dead animals. It's another way of persuading people to not wear skins. Idiot.

  • @cowboyfromkettins Genuine people give a shit, that's why not many people wear it and most people want to see the disgusting evil industry abolished. Rather be a hippie than a dumb fuck.

  • seriously. who gives a shit? hippies.

  • thumbs up for the goth tranny at the front

  • i like tht the leader is wearing mock leapord skin which if anything is promoting animal skin clothing. idiot
