I never understood why they had Gigi go so early. He fit the part to a tee; his first appearance where he whacked Patsy Parisi's brother and when he he said he was he was going to get rid of Mustang Sally "with extreme fuckin prejudice", he was the perfect gangster. Chase never had the best actors on the show last long enough (Buscemi, Proval, Loggia, Pantaliano, Santos, etc.) He was the only one of them who made sense for his role though and I was so disappointed with the aneurysm.

You know..I could never figure out why Chase whacked him out so early...The guy was good. Atleast he can sit around with his buds and get banged up watching the scene when he whacks out the twin in the car...now that was a great scene! "NO, HERE YOU GO YOU BIG MOUTH FUCK!!"

Gigi Cestone was one of my favorite Sopranos characters. I thought it sucked that Gigi got whacked so early.

Best of luck to the guy but as an ordinary person I find his sense of entitlement for "the better things in life"--as though he's owed them or something--a bit off putting. Also, is this really the way the to go about getting another part? Sorta beneath a man's dignity, particularly one who played a tough guy most of the time. As for his job, most of us can't even find jobs, so maybe he should count his blessings.

I agree with you, he was the perfect gangster. Very handsome too. I love that scene when he is at the hospital talking about whacking that guy, he was so cool. I also liked the episod when Pantoliano kissed him! :)

I agree totally. Chase did a dumb thing whacking them all off so fast. Especially Buscemi, Fiore and Proval.

I've seen Johnny Slade. It's hilarious!! I hope it gets a wide distribution soon. John...you're great!
