Arlo Guthrie/ Coming Into Los Angeles & NEW story

LIVE at The Guthrie Center, September 3, 2011. Someone canceled two days before the gig and George had to find someone to fill Friday and Saturday. We scrambled to get it together and the shows were SOLD OUT! Arlo did it solo this time. What a great show!

He has been telling this story for awhile and this night, our dear friend, Chief Wilcox..of Stockbridge was in the audience!

I saw Arlo last night in Cincinnati, he told this story. One of my all-time favorite Arlo songs. He put on a great concert, and I hope to be able to see perform in concert again. Thank you Mrs. Guthrie for this channel.

Thanks Arlo. I loved this so much after woodstock (I was 13) I played it at a kids camp in 71(they were 10-13) and received my 1st standing ovation. What was I thinking.You had to be there.This song and the Massacre are mandatory Thanksgiving listening in my house!
