Solidarity Rock is working in Cuba to provide opportunity for musians and artists. William Garcia is a veteran of the punk rock scene in Cuba. Since 1994, he's been playing in punk rock bands, pushing the music and lifestyle in a country not typically associated with rebellious rock n roll. He is our friend and partner in Cuba. This is the story of punk rock in a socialist paradise.
