and yep, there are things I sometimes want to say. Similarly I have written things down before, and then rather than send it - put the email to one side. More often than not 24 hours later I'm glad I didn't send the email but it can certainly help to get things off your chest!

I find this to be the equivalent of letting all hell break loose on paper, except it's on video and helps get it out of the system as well. I love it!
