Thirty percent of the Bible is prophetic; this video presents a few examples. To fully appreciate biblical prophecy, one must have sound knowledge of history, current events, and scripture.

The Bible foretells the future with 100% accuracy. Atheists-this is not just people 'trying to fulfill' the prophecies, but it is the truth unnatural events coming to pass as the Bible foretold. It shows the Great Creator God who dwells outside of time who wrote His inspired word to guide us. Those who seek the truth shall find it, though it be a narrow road.

**Also, Jeremiah 16 is a better verse to show the 2nd Exodus. When I used Isaiah 11 I was using it as a type of the 2nd exodus from the nations, even though that one refers primarily to the final complement of both houses being reunited in the millennium.

**As a side note. The vid. of Yeshua/Jesus where He is on the cross in this video is simply given as an illustration of the event to give you the idea that yes, it was a real event and He died for you. But Hollywood wasn't there when it happened, and their representation of Him having long hair is most likely off, as 1 Cor. 11:14 shows. But those who took the Nazarite vow had long hair, they didn't cut it, but that was for a short time. Also, if it was longer (Nazarite look) it would have been tied back severely, or worn in a similar fashion as the Nazarite custom demanded -- on top of his head. So we don't really know for sure how long his hair was. Paul could have been talking about the custom of the Gentile city and Roman culture he was in that it was a shame for a man to have long hair. The moral of the story is that men should have dress styles that distinguish themselves from women and vice-versa (no cross-dressing). Today, women should have long hair for it is a glory unto them (1 Cor. 11:15). Women should dress modestly, (men also of course-no speedos!) Men should have short hair, clean cut, unless you are on a Nazarite vow for a time.

  • What real evidence is there that most of these OT prophecies were not written after the fact? The oldest known record of any biblical text is dated to around 150 B.C.

And what real evidence is there that Jesus fulfilled any prophecies? The NT wasn't even written while he was alive. The authors could have just inserted false stories to make it look like he was fulfilling prophecies. I'm not convinced.

  • @Visda58 No, the book of Daniel was written before that...Job is the oldest book in the Bible, dated about 5,000 or so yrs back. Jesus fulfilled the being born in Bethlehem, being sold for thirty pieces of silver, dieing on the cross and arriving on the scene before the destruction of the second temple as Daniel says etc.

It was well known in that day the events that happened in Jesus life...if it was a fabrication no one would have taken it seriously having seen and known Him.

  • There is this Bible prohecy: that the state of Israel will be reestablished. The fulfilment of this prophecy came about because hitler persecuted and murdered the jews in Europe.

Thus hitler did God`s will. That`s the untenable conclusion, when one believes in Bible prophecy.

  • @lizazoon God can use anything for His good. The Jews being persecuted is part of what God said would happen when they left their land for sins etc they would often have a hard time...but Hitler is not the only reason they got their land...it was God's timing etc. Eventually during the great tribulation many more will die and it will lead to the kingdom of God on earth with peace for a thousand years....can can bring good out of the worst situations

  • Belief in prophecy leads to untenable conclusions.

  • @lizazoon no, belief in prophecy helps guide our future, we just need to be careful not to step outside the bounds of scripture into untenable conclusions

  • @Chairmaneoin No, bad interpretation of the word has led to false predictions...but Christ didn't say we are to pin down a date....He said we are to watch the signs of the times.

  • @milleziano The Jews are part of Israel.

  • God is great and you can't deny it.

  • The little horn WILL NOT comply with prophecy to the full, and he will change his own times.
