no the last one from the battle died in 2005 at the age of 109, his name was Alfred Anderson and he was from Scotland. Look him up.

The christmas truce did not happen at Belleau Wood and did not involve Americans. In fact there were 2 of them, one was x-mas eve 1914 between British and German troops and another the next year on christmas day between French and German troops. There was no american involvement, especially not with the Marines at Belleau Wood which took place in the summer of 1918
