Carrot Ckae

Having fun with my bread maker and trying another feature on it for making cake. I was successful with making jam with it so I thought I'd give the cake a go. Being some what health conscious I decided to make a healthy version of a carrot cake.

Any vegetable oil would do but if you want it to be healthy then use a good quality oil. Grapeseed oil is rather neutral in taste and is healthy but you could try olive oil but I won't suggest the extra virgin one as the flavor might impact on the flavor of the carrot cake.

This one is a Sunbeam Cool Touch Bakehouse 4700. From my experience it is a great little machine.
