Some presidents don't like President Ahmadinejad because they don't recognize him as one of their own, whom they can own.
President Ahmadinejad can't be bought, can't be intimidated, and can't be cornered. He is emotional, honest, and courageous. He is like the boy in the story "The Emperor's New Clothes" who called the Emperor naked and fugly.
In other words, Ahmadinejad's no Pinnochio. He's real.

Some people like to euphemize abortion to make themselves feel better about it. They call it infant cleansing, blob removal, birth control, gentlecide, war against terrorist babies, kind and gentle murder, and convenience killing.
Those innocent unborn babies, however, don't understand those words. I imagine that all they understand as they are being torn out of the womb is pain, fear, and grief.
