Kazze,

Evolution an science can, and does, explain where the brain came from. There is overwhelming evidence for a natural process. No need for a God here. However, using your argument, where does God come from then? If a complex brain needs a creator, then an even more complex God would need a creator. And so would that creator, and on and on. You see the flaw in your logic? Science is beautiful, I swear. Read a book like "Your Inner Fish" by Neil Shubin, and you will be a fan.
