Rumors of iPhone indicate patent publications for the technology behind it already exists months and years before.
Plus you can't patent a phone per se. You'd have to read the patent and see what it claims and then compare.

HAHAHA.... sorry my friend but Meizu is a well respected high tech company in China... not only is there electronic items surpass its highest standards like their famouse Meizu mini player M6 which kicks Apples iPods' ass by the amazing sound qualities and advance features, they strive to perfection and to have all these advance (more) features than Apple's products at a lower price, makes wanting to have a Meizu more desirable!
