@arhuxtable In Europe the Trac II was called the G II and the Atra was called the Contour . :)

IS this what would be later re-named Atra? In 1986,I bought my first shaving kit. It was the Gillette Trac II,following in the footsteps of my now-deceased maternal grandfather(he had that razor also). I never even used the Trac II Plus cartridges with the lube strip. I've used many Gillette razors in my life,the Sensor,Mach 3,the disposable Good News Plus,both styles of the disposable Custom Plus,and now the 6-blade Fusion.
