Kizlyar Uzh-2

Uzh-2 is a traditional design light weight utility type knife that is great for almost any task. It is especially an excelent knife for meat preparation as it has a very nice belly, long cutting edge and broad blade that is great for carving and cutting. The 2.2mm blade also makes this knife ideal for general use around the kitchen and cutting tough vegies e.g. pumkins etc. It features a full tang design and high carbon, rust resistant blade. The etching on the blade is done with the use of special acid based ink, which actually fuses with steel surface. All the etching is done by hand and is made to last. The knife comes with a treated Caucasian walnut handle and a handmade leather sheath.
