Zantee Misfits - Bossa Nova Beatniks

Bossa Nova Beatnik guitarist Michael Bifulco is featured on the slide guitar on this song inspired by an episode of the Twilight Zone by Tom Gould who plays the acoustic rhythm guitar, Hofner Violin Bass and sings. A good friend of the band, Jeff Somerstein plays the cocktail drum.

At the end of the video there is a shot of a huge banner that reads "Bossa Nova Beatniks." We played a fair at the YMCA one year and there it was hung up on the fence around the outdoor handball courts. After we played they said we could have it. Makes sense since noone else could use it, unless maybe the No Bobs wanted to cut it up.
