Part 2 Gun Show Incident - Abuse of Police Power

Earlier we were handing out brochures - The officer told us due to a Fort Lauderdale city ordinance, we could not handbill. Craig and I went to the library and looked up the ordinance. The ordinance only covers if you are soliciting for business or soliciting for money for a charity or for commercial purposes.

We are NOT:
Asking for money
Trying to get people to buy from a business.

We are simply educating people on their rights on Jury Nullification.

We went back to the officer to enlighten him and inform him of the ordinance.
The officer did not want to hear it and basically threatened to use force on me if I did not leave.

Why do they compare this to Nazi Germany? You can not compare the United Sates to Nazi Germany they should be glad they didn't live in Germany during WWII.

Why are you not on cable public access and explaining the problem and asking the citizen to tell the politicians to get the problem fixed.

You can’t blame the rank and file cop for the problem if the problem is the sheriff or the mayor or some other big shot. You should be blaming the mayor or the rest of the elected official for the violations of law.
