Drugs impair a driver's ability to drive safely. If a driver consumes a drug such as Cannabis, Speed or Ecstasy then attempts to drive a vehicle, they risk the possibility of a road crash, serious injury to themselves or others and the possibility of death.

Color me skeptical but don't you "risk the possibility of a road crash, serious injury to themselves or others and the possibility of death" every time you drive? Sure being high might increase these chances but you don't have to be high to kill someone in a car accident; plenty of people die simply because of stupidity.

do your testing & research before you incriminate others.. .. if there are a lot of people smoking cannabis & driving.. chances are it will show up in their system ,, up to 1 month.. that would weight the odds ,, would you say ?.
