You don't understand. What that person said, that is a perfect analogy. The baby is sentient, autonomous and a person; the fetus, while human, is not.

The swimsuit model and the random person are still both autonomous, sentient beings with hopes and dreams and personalities and family that has cared for them and loved them. It's an impossible choice to make and it's shallow as fuck to say that the average guy would more likely save a model than another person just 'cause they're more attractive.
