It's nice to see a training session really utilize retsev. I try to do this in my class, but lack intensity, for fear of hurting my partner. Training control is probably the hardest thing to learn!!

Me too lol, its be interesting when 2 people know the same technic, but its not

recommend if you don't know the Krav Maga.
