I refused to watch season 2 after Chris Eccleston left. For a month. I finally got used to Tennant, and then Rose left. Another month. Catherine Tate came in, and I was pretty ok because i'd seen her before. With Rose back, I decided to keep watching. They took her off again and took out Donna and I was pissed. 2 months. Now Amy's my favorite companion. ;)

When they brought Tennant I missed Eccleston, when they brought Smith I missed Tennant ... what can I say, they're all great in their own ways.

@TheArticAlchemist Eccelston was before Tennant.... :) Seeing the creepy guy from Secret Smile almost sent me scrampering, but he grew on me. Matt's a keeper. Not sexy like Eccelston, or a sultry pretty boy like Tennant, but Smith has perfect comic and dramatic timing, and can give the illusion of sultry, goofy, dangerous-- when you see him in person he's so completely different-- they all did well, but I loving Matt and what Moffat is doing with the series
