  • Is there a concern with low vitamins and minerals such as iron, with having a raw food lifestyle?

  • @Tablahands Not at all, there are tons of iron in dark greens such as kale and spinach and that is how I am able to gain muscle mass on pure raw foods. The fact is that 90% of the population is mineral dificient and everyone can benifit from adding trace minerals into there diet.

  • Can you do a video showing your garden? I would love some tips on how to start a garden and composting. Thanks!!

  • @MommyReporter Yes, I plan on showing my garden, fruit trees and how I compost. I have a lot to show so it will be another 2 part video and I plan to post it on Wednesday.

  • I gotta question man, r y'all eating 100 percent raw foods or are y'all still eating some cooked foods here and there?

  • @gtoutofthawrld I would say mostly raw but we may have some steamed veggies every once in a while.

  • This is awesome and I love you guys' energy. Do you have any qualms about kids on a raw food diet? I have heard there are magazines on the subject (haven't checked them out yet) but is it possible to do a 100% raw diet with kids after the breastfeeding stage or would you suggest a 50 - 75% diet up until a certain age?

  • dont forget about sprouts you guys! sprouts are the best! they are more nutritious than fully grown veggies surprisingly!  and the are really living raw foods. give you lots of vital energy!

  • This is great! It really helps me to get a perspective from someone who has experience in bodybuilding. Most weightlifters are always telling you that you can only gain any real muscle from just animal protein. I've been watching Dan @ Liferegenerator and now I just found you. Thanks for sharing your experiences. I also need to kick this acid reflux in the butt too, its been driving me crazy for so many years.
