This can usually be found in our refrigerator. I melt 1 lb. unsalted butter, 16 oz all natural p. butter will do but I like 28 oz., couple handful choc. chips. Then I take it off the heat & add 2 Tsp pure vanilla extract, couple pinches of salt, about 1/2 c sifted cocoa or carob powder, and sifted confectioners sugar. Mix in pot until blended and smooth out in glass baking dish & chill. Or you can make little balls for bite size easy to get to treats.
