@pro311031 It is because they are using computerized supply monitoring systems combined with computerized GPS mapping systems that the allowance they allow is a 3 day supply of any product in all cities. Unlike in the 80s and 70s when they spend a lot on building storage warehouses of all kinds RIGHT INSIDE THE CITIES that cities has months of food and medical supplies right on the spot when needed to resupply their supermarkets. Now it's days and trucked in thousands of miles away! Dangerous.
