Although the news is bad this week, it's always a learning experience so that I can improve upon my mistakes. So many people think success is easy and not willing to fight through the challenges. As you will learn from watching this video. I have pin pointed why my body fat went up and list muscle. I am still thinkful to be at 13% and I will not quit until my goal is met.
I have decided to schedule all the meals I will eat for the entire week for now on and make sure I always have a source of protein available in the fridgerator. I will eat 1 gram of protein per poind of body weight and will eat 6 meals per day for now on no matter what. My scale weight is now at 189 which is a 2 pound loss and my body fat is now at 13.5% which is a half % increase.
No big deal, I just make adjustments and keep plugging away. Just keep watching my videos week after week and watch my 6 pack abs shine through.
