A helicopter ride my dad and i went on at the octoberfest festaval in milford delaware. We flew over the downtown area at about 1500 feet+open doors it was a great ride. The helicopter was an Enstrom 280c.
Oh ya my bad, guess cause they are selling so many of these I must be completely wrong, I digress. Hay you got any 'I luv Engstrom' bumper stickers I can have? Thanks for keeping the five folks that work at Engstrom busy. Keep up the great work!
I operate 2 Enstroms that go 100-hr to 100-hr with ZERO problems. Maintained according to the maintenance manual with an A&P who knows helicopters and this is one of the most reliable helicopters you can fly. Enstrom's product and parts support are excellent too. When I do need parts they are always in stock and ship the very same day I order them. I've been operating these helicopters for years and have always been 100% satisfied with their customer support and quality.
You act like working on lawn mowers is a demotion. If it wasn't for folks like me fixing your screw-ups you would have to walk. Don't disrespect the art of repair knuckle head. What's the difference between an Enstrom & a lawn mower? The lawn mower is NOT a waste of good material & is better made! You obviously know me so stop by & see me, don't forget to bring your lawn mower so I can fix it for you, see ya!
The Enstroms are one of the safest and most reliable helicopters when properly and professionally maintained by a factory trained mechanic. My 280FX has over 900 hours with few problems and my hourly costs are below a R22, R44 or Hughes 300 except for a higher fuel burn that comes with the 225HP turbocharged engine. Did you ever attend the factory trainging program?

It's great thanks for asking, don't have to look at Angrstroms or your ugly mug anymore!!!

Does your employer know how you feel? Maybe they can help you find work as a lawn mower repair man.

Don't ever fly in an Enstrom Helicopter! The biggest pile-o-junk I've ever had the dis-pleasure of maintaining & flying in.
