Well...the Tuscon Tea-Party just lost all credibility. The members need to demand that the leaders responsible for this fiasco need to step down. Doing something like this...is ironically stupid.....

Seeing people like Charles and Ken stand up for individual rights and liberty is a beautiful thing! Thanks, to all those who are willing to bring these matters to the fore!

@dupes6044 In reality they will either contact you, or wait for the pre-trial conference to find out what your demands are and what damages you have sustained by their unconstitutional behavior. You agree to a removal of the leadership or the knuckleheads who prevented ur entry into the event. U will want to name as many people as you can get names for and 10 jane and john doe's as u learn who the other defendants will be. Seriously, learn this courtroom crap it may save you some grief someday

@purist357 Spend a couple of days and learn your States Courtroom procedures and file a suit "PRO SE" IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU WIN You spend 100 bucks to file the suit and they spend thousands defending their unconstitutional position. You see? you can't lose regardless of the outcome. Just file a quick brief, they provide you with help(instructions for filing requirements) at the courthouse because it is required by law.Plus you get step closer to understanding your court system.
ok now you have to follow through and take them to civil court.

@dupes6044 That would be nice but lawyers cost money.

It is my personal belief that "any rule" applies to a requirement by the Tucson Police Department to the Tucson Tea Party to prohibit firearms and is a violation of Arizona's Preemption statute. It is also my belief that the TTP's refusal to check and provide secure, safe and accessable storage is a violation of the rule of law (ARS 13-3102(A)(10).
