Dr. Oz advises that people with gallbladder disease lose fat and avoid saturated fats. Dr. Oz reveals that when extra belly fat exists, the wrong chemicals are created by the body, which are then solidified in the gallbladder and create painful gallstones.

    Try to avoid "F*" and "S*" words in your language. This will help you to balance your emotional state (which is a key to a healthy life style). It's not easy because lots of people use bad words in their dictionary - but it can be done. Just do not copy them...
