We take for granted our habits every day driving to and from the places we want to go in our motor vehicles. But are there other forces at play taking advantage of our money?

This is Fact or Friction, a series dedicated to revealing truth where it hurts the most: YOU, and how the truth affects YOU and disrupts your day-to-day life, and how YOU shouldn't tolerate it anymore. It's time to take back YOUR humanity.

Fact or Friction will air every first and third Sunday of the month, until I'm able to devote either more time to it, or learn how to film and edit quickly and more efficiently, as I'm still in a learning curve.

My goal is to have new episodes every Sunday or Saturday, but because of my work schedule and traveling restrictions(my car is a POS), I just don't have enough time to work much on the show during the week.

  • I thought he was going to jump out into the street at first. lol

  • @ArizonaSean That would have been a spectacular showcase of my demise, wouldn't it? But then, who would have edited the video?

  • I love the intro to this episode, its just so concise

  • @TheJackRayner Hang in there, Jack. Hopefully we'll see more eps in the future!

  • @TheJackRayner In the meantime, go check out my other show The Geek Bowl on ustream.tv/channel/the-geek-bowl. We air live Saturday nights at 7:30 pm CST.

  • yh i agree, we are treated like criminals before we even do anything out on the roads, something should be done. The people that get caught are the people that dont cause accidents and arnt the boy racers

  • @nelly389 Well, see, here's the problem: Nobody involved on the Notice of Extortion side is actually "caught" because there's no witness. A camera does not create a testifying witness in a court of law, and photographic evidence can never be used to convict, except in the case of murder. Any other time it's considered circumstantial evidence at best. When you go to a kangaroo court with one of these, you sit at a conference table and are shoved the picture in your face...real gestapo like.

  • This is a sound bite! This is entertainment! This is sensationalism!

  • @TheMarkNessMonster , i never knew that. I think they have some sort of purpose but i do think they are very biased, they can never take into account the situation at which they take the picture after all they are just machine not a human. thanks for replying

  • Anything to play the part. Constabulary has to keep acting busy to get paid. The people of whom they harass, design, build, develop, assemble, service, diagnose, repair, mend, feed, and produce. What do the enforcers do? Act busy.
