Ambien can be a useful medication if you use it as a short term sleep aid. I speak from experience and I use abuse Ambien like it was going out of style. Doses of 70-80 and even 100mg weren't uncommon. I wouldn't even sleep, I'd just sit in the room and feel like ten people were around me.

If you have insomnia you have to find the underlying cause. Plain and simple

The part where you say you don't get embarrassed on Ambien, is something I relate to.. I've been prescribed Ambien for almost 2 years now, and I still get that 'Not embarrassed' feeling. I make vlogs everynight and post them to youtube.. then wake up and realise I need to remove some (most of them) =)
