@vLeggy If you mean destance shooting the answer is yes, if u have like 40 distance shooting the ball will go everywhere except in the goal. with 70 + or higher the ball goes way more often in the direction of the goal...

Should I keep holding the left stick in the direction of the goal or let go of that as well??

@cepp1028 no, after you played the ball a bit forward, you have to release all the buttons immediately and only hold the shooting button. If u hold the left stick forward like u said then u miss more often. Because when u release all the buttons. the ball goes automatically towards the corner of the goal.
