Is this demo done in XP that is running within Mac OS X? Is that why the iPhone simulator could be seen? If the simulator actually was run from XP, how can it be done?

I have that problem too; after entering the URL: a popup comes up that says 'The folder you entered does not appear to be valid. Please choose another". PLEASE help!
