Any of you who watch this to learn about chiropractic, compare this to a chiropractic session you have had, or may have in the future, or other chiro videos posted. This practitioner, does a thorough examination, to find specific problematic segments, and manipulate specific spine segments. Most chiros do a general visual posture exam, then "adjust" all patients the same way, using high force, multisegment manipulations which don't have a specific application.

Okay, you are much more extensively trained than a "traditional" chiropractor. I am a physical therapist and am a certified manual therapist under the Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Concept and your techniques are the same as I was trained. I have never seen a chiropractor that does a thorough palpation examination like your video. It is always a quick visual posture examination and/or X-rays. Exceptional technique.

This is a very difficult question to answer as it really depends on the chiropractor and patient presenting condition. Basic assessments at our clinic include assessments for muscle strength, sensation and reflexes for neuroligical evaluation. Further ranges of motion, motion palpation and orthopedic testing is also carried out as part of standard initial consults.

why is there a micorwave??

Microwaves are used to heat up heat packs which are important for muscle and joint combined therapies. They're also quite handy for zapping food when you are in a hurry but that's the secondary reason why we have them.
