  • I got the 750DJ's for $70. Best $70 I've ever spent.

  • @jx454es Yes. Monster cable sells overpriced crap. Don't buy anything from monster cable.

  • Why make a review with a conclusion that compares headphones that are made for different purposes, against each other as if they belonged to the same category? It makes no sense at all to think about DJ headphones for casual listening! It's just wrong! DJ headphones are heavily tuned up to be used on loud environments. The Shure 750 DJ are excellent DJ headphones by the way, even standing up to the Pioneer HDJ-2000.

  • @subbinblazer Yes, go to futureshop or bestbuy or some place that you can try different ones that arn't for professional sound equipment, when you like one, if you want a better deal, go to google and type in (Shopping comparison YourCountry) and search it at a few of those sites, research the cheapest sites reputation on youtube and google, than check eBay, eBay tells you user ratings on sellers.... so only get trusted ones.... and buy it now, unless you are into bidding

  • @subbinblazer iPhone/iPod as far as i know, doesn't even go high quality enough for this headset, you could get cheaper headsets, same sound, cause the thing you are using doesn't use the headsets full potential, you need high-end sound quality equipment for these to sound good, maybe try a Bose headset, for pure comfort and great iPod and Laptop sound...... Try eBay not retail stores sometimes it's half the price, but if you don't feel like reading detailed compairing to orig stat

  • What amp would you recommend for the 840's? Plan to use these on my laptop/iphone4s. thanks

  • @jx454es Beats by dre studio are rubbish they too bassy its like its got a low pass filter built in and the highs just go missing. The best beats by dre Is beats pro but they are over priced.

  • @jx454es Beats by Dre's are overrated.

  • @mgveja Oh and couple more differences to keep in mind are that the M50's are lighter, but many people say the 840's are more comfortable; and the 840's have a detachable cable that can be easily replaced, which the M50's do not.

  • @mgveja Depends on what you want out of a set of headphones. Both are great in their own right. If you want sound that is remains true to the original recording (very clear and defined throughout the full range of sound) with just a slight increase in bass, get the SRH840's. If you want similar sound, but with brighter highs and punchier lows, the M50's are perfect for you. Personally, I went with the 840's to facilitate the wide variety of music I listen to on a daily basis.

  • @Jojojojof where did you get them?
