The Cluck Cluck Eggplant Sandwich

6 Rolls, Some Sharp Cheese,
3 Chicken Breasts
1 Eggplant (3 Cups)
2 Big Tomatoes
2 Avocados
6 Pieces Lettuce
Some Bread Crumbs
Seasoning: Olive Oil, Italian Herbs, Salt, Black Pepper, White Pepper
Yield: 6 Servings
