i saw this movie for the first time last year in the summer... i was so inspired by this scene that i drew a series of images of clowns.
i'd like to post the video of my first clown to this video... thanks for posting this.

Glad you mention it! I agree with you. And Marcello looks at Polidor too, slightly embarrased. Great scene,tender and sad at the same time.
