We are very pleased with the build quality of the house, but the customer after service is shocking. The house was just 3 weeks old when this flood occured. You would think they would be desperate to rectify it, Fat chance. They couldn't care less. They spent ages trying to blame one person after another, and then decided we were to blame, basically inferring that we were lying about how the flood occured. It has been a nightmare
