Megaman 10 Challenge: Block Devil H

Pretty easy if you stand in the right corner and understand that you only have to dodge three blocks from there. When the 'eye' of the devil floats up to stare at you from the bottom, stand in the middle because there's no way of telling if he'll start the blocks popping up from the right or the left. Once you see the blocks start to pop out, you can react accordingly.

I don't think it's possible to kill him in only two waves, HOWEVER... if you were to use rush coil or wheel cutter to launch yourself up to hit him while he's out of reach... well... that just makes things more complicated than they have to be.

@MrBowserPuffi It really is though! Well, next to Blade Man or The Keeper it's about as easy as it gets for hard challenges.

You can actually kill this boss in about 3-4 hits with Strikeman's weapon!

Kudos to you for winning while taking no damage. Kudos also for shooting in time with the music. I'm still impressed they managed to create a Devil that's both new and old-fashioned in the same breath.
