The sea is full of water and, unless there is another chemical process that could turn water into something else, nature will recycle the water so to speak. I'm all up for HHO, but it sounds like a lie when he says the car will run solely on the water. If it could, then why does he use a mixture of gas and HHO?

Oh, and isn't H2O short for H2O2? In which case it should actually be HHOO gases?
