Powell is such an intelligent, thoughtful, and fair person, and I'm impressed every time I see him speak. It's an irrelevant point, but hypothetically, if there is one person I'd like to be president, it's him. The story of the Islamic soldier was especially moving, and I'm so glad someone finally had the guts to say, "Even if he was Muslim, who cares?". I hope he doesn't receive backlash for the comment, because it is a risky statement to say on a media network.

The bottom line is Colin sees the same behavior in McCain many of us see and also dislike. McCain / Palin is a toxic ticket and while Colin wont cant say it that way, I will.

If McCain & Palin feel it is ok to mislead voters through lies, what is to say they wouldnt continue to lie if they were put into office.

Another worry I have about McCain & Palin is that they have a very us & them mentality that could further damage our relationships with other countries who should be our allies.

Politicians don't know what they're doing. They strive for all of the praise, and none of the blame. Looking back on the election, Obama's people weren't even smarter, McCain's were just dumber. These things are rigged people.

hello my friends unfortunately Mccain and Bush is into playing good cop - bad cop. this is why Palin was picked so that in case Mccain passes on .. given Palins lack of experience the Bush admin will step in and "guide" Palin on how to RUIN (not RUN) a country

Palin wont know what to do if Mccain died on Nov. 5 except for call Bush and his advisors .. this is the plan!

Really sad, McCain became the very thing he vowed not to become. Welcome to the dark side. I fear the Far right. Forget the Far Left! They are just hippies. But the far right would do anything to get their way such as using false information to invade Iraq. McCain is just a pawn. I have an eerie feeling that a group that wields that much power will not yield it that easily. I wouldn't be surprised if McCain pulls out an upset or if a video comes out at the last minute like it did back in 2004

As much as I always admired McCain(such as when he told Bush that he was irresponsible for the tax cuts) I always thought he caved in when he was pressured by his party. I am not surprised by his behavior. I guess he is just a tired old man who wants to win one last time. Sad really, he would have made a great president 8 years ago when Karl Rove and Bush stole the primaries away from him. Remember? the 2000 Bush campaign labeled McCain as a traitor for cooperating with the enemy back in Viet.

El 18, 19 y 20 de Octubre del 2008, al Señor Jorge Suarez de New York en el programa EN EFECTIVO del canal CNN EN ESPAÑOL la señorita Gabriela Frios le preguntó no sería conveniente eliminar este tipo de servicio, y este señor dijo GRACIAS a este tipo de servicio, los créditos no se encarecen. Esto es absurdo, cuando el prestamista se asegura pierde de sus utilidades o se lo transmite al usuario final, es decir el crédito con este tipo de servicio SE ENCARECE.

Si dice que el Banco que presta no cobraría un interés apropiado de acuerdo al riesgo que tomaría porque ya no le importa que le roben la plata, es también absurdo, ya que todo Banco tiene la obligación de proteger el dinero de sus cuenta ahorristas. Ningún ahorrista colocaría su dinero en un Banco que arriesga todo su dinero porque confía en el CDS, pudiendo perderlo todo y perjudicar a los ahorristas.

Colin Powell Is a dick head just like the rest of Obama's friends. They all smell free money and the rest of us will pay for it. Powell couldn't Handle iraq for bush what kind of advisor is he going to be and it wouldn't if Powell didn't help Bill Ayers.
