I had Christmas lights controlled by a Commodore 64 computer in 1985, and it is still being used this year. Munster, Indiana, Dogwood at Camelia, about 25 miles SE of Chicago

  • I would be interested to know how you did it. I would like to do one myself.

  • Greatest COMPUTER EVER! C=

    ESI UCF FBR forever.

  • Actually my C64 is in the closet collecting dust now. :( But I bought a C128 off of EBay awhile back that is sitting out, I barely use it except for game playing. I had trouble programming, I was never good in problem solving in math so therefore I couldn't problem solve in programming and I sucked at it :-)

  • I still have mine too! And still use a basic cooking program I wrote in basic to make Sunday dinner managable: Just put in ingredients and how to cook and how long they take, then put in a time you want the meal ready by and the program tells you what to put on/in the stove and when - beeping you when action was needed!

  • lol, sure :) I forgot I made that comment. :) I think I was just being sarcastic though, I love Commodore computers... I still have mine

  • Can't you have a little trust in your life? :) (tm 2009)

  • Not to be the first negative poster here, but where's the proof? All I see is a Christmas tree dimming.
